There are only a few things that we ask and these are as follows:

A deposit of €1,000 is paid to secure deposit. This will be held back until the house has been inspected after leaving and cleared. Any breakages or damages will be taken out of the deposit at the discretion of the manager.

If visitors wish to hold parties or gatherings at the house, this has to be discussed and agreed first in writing.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. There are ashtrays supplied but smoking it to be done outside the house. Please clean up your cigarette butts.

No pets allowed.

We ask visitors to recycle their plastic, glass and paper. There are boxes provided and a recycling point on the main road to Santa Eulalia.

Cleaners are not included in the price of your stay. It is down to the visitors to take care of this during their stay.

Any lost keys will result in a lock change and will be charged at €150.
